Barc Studios is a boutique landscape architecture firm dedicated to crafting distinctive, sustainable outdoor spaces. The Idea was sparked in 2022 by Senior landscape architect Samuel Vankan, to bring a fresh and thoughtful approach to landscape design, combining creativity with a deep respect for natural ecosystems. Our mission is to connect each client with their ideal outdoor environment, offering personalized designs that enhance both aesthetics and functionality of everyday use.

With a decade of experience across diverse projects in the South East Queensland and an expanding portfolio in northern NSW and abroad internationally, Barc Studios takes pride in building spaces that reflect each client’s vision while harmonizing with the surrounding landscape and architecture. “Outdoor spaces are an extension of our lives, our homes and work; it is the natural thing to be closer to nature, not just in the national parks or on the weekends, but in every aspect of our lives”. At Barc Studios, we’re passionate about helping clients achieve this connection and creating a harmonious relationship between the architecture and the surrounding landscapes that we care about.

Our team includes talented landscape architects, landscape designers, and dedicated apprentices, along with a curated network of skilled subcontractors who help us bring the greater vision together. Known for our commitment to quality, attention to detail, and outstanding client service, we’re ready to transform your landscape dreams into reality.
